sembra dirmi qualcosa di strano sta succedendo, e il modo in cui EclipseLink è alla ricerca di EMPLOYEE.PHONE_TYPE
mi fa pensare è pensare al rapporto da PHONE
->EMPLOYEE
anziché viceversa.
le entità JPA sono definite come segue. La mappa cellulari è unidirezionale, e gli oggetti telefono dovrebbe essere condiviso da più dipendenti (non i miei tipi effettivi, ma questo esempio semplificato viene illustrato il problema)
