Quando sto cercando di avviare il server Apache usando XAMPP, si dice principalmente i seguenti:XAMPP - Sessione cache non è configurato [suggerimento: SSLSessionCache]

[Apache] and the Windows Event Viewer for more clues
Ho controllato il registro degli errori e dice:
"Session Cache is not configured"

Qualcosa che ho perso. Lo stesso errore si presenta sempre. –
