DOTNET1011: Framework non installato: .NETFramework

Question

Sto aggiungendo questo qui perché mi ha causato un mal di testa questa mattina mentre fissare il nostro server di generazione:

Esecuzione dotnet build mi avrebbe mostrato i seguenti errori:

DOTNET1011: Framework not installed: .NETFramework,Version=v4.6.1 
error NU1001: The dependency mscorlib could not be resolved. 

L'errore è confuso, poiché ho installato .NETFramework, Versione = v4.6.1.
