Impossibile caricare l'assembly WebPages.Deployment versione 2 sull'host?

Ho un sito web ASP.NET MVC 2 (VS2010) che ho aggiornato a ASP.NET MVC 3 (VS2012) e questo funziona fin su IIS7 locale, ma quando la pubblicazione si ottengo questa eccezione sull'host:

Could not load file or assembly 'System.Web.WebPages, Version=2.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=31bf3856ad364e35' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified. 

Dopo un po 'di problemi ho trovato this che afferma che dovrei impostare CopyLocal su alcuni dei riferimenti (incluso System.Web.WebPages) e utilizzare anche lo strumento di pubblicazione in VS2012, ma questo ha generato la seguente eccezione?

E non riesco a trovare alcuna DLL di installazione per impostare copyLocal?

Come posso risolvere questo?

È necessario aggiungere un riferimento a System.Web.WebPages.Deployment e set che anche CopyLocal.
