e biplot

Naturalmente c'è molto margine di miglioramento (come questo è solo copiato insieme), ma credo che chiunque può facilmente adattare, se necessario .
Se ti chiedi perché le frecce (loadings * sdev) sono ridimensionate con 0,8 * sqrt (n): non ne ho assolutamente idea. Avrei tracciato i caricamenti * sdev che dovrebbe assomigliare alla correlazione tra i componenti principali e le variabili, ma questo è il modo in cui lo fa biplot
.
In ogni caso, questo dovrebbe produrre le stesse frecce di biplot.princomp
e utilizzare lo stesso pca di clusplot
che era l'obiettivo principale per me.
