Come faccio una richiesta HTTPS con Erlang?

Ho provato la libreria inets ma è scaduta. Non penso che supporti HTTPS. Sto cercando di usare ibrowse, ma non funziona.

Questo funziona bene per me:

1> application:start(inets).

http:request("https://example.com") sarebbe anche lavorare, però, devi solo caricare applicazioni appropriate prima di qualsiasi richiesta.
