L'ordine in cui la libreria appare come nella riga di comando è importante per gcc e per i percorsi di ricerca della libreria da cercare. Provare a spostare -lglfw3 fino alla fine e aggiungere la directory corrente al percorso di ricerca utilizzando -L.

Penso che tu abbia un problema di denominazione. Sembra che il compilatore Mingw32 stia cercando i file della libreria glfw3.dll, glfw3.a e glfw3.h. Il problema è che il file della libreria è chiamato libglfw3.a. Ora è necessario rinominarlo in glfw3.a in modo che possa trovarlo. Se ancora non funziona, devi rinominare glfw3dll.a in glfw3.dll.a
