Ho scaricato hadoop codice sorgente da github e compilato con l'opzione native:Hadoop librerie native non trovato su OS/X

mvn package -Pdist,native -DskipTests -Dtar -Dmaven.javadoc.skip=true 

Poi ho copiato le lime .dylib al $ HADOOP_HOME/lib

cp -p hadoop-common-project/hadoop-common/target/hadoop-common-2.7.1/lib/native/*.dylib /usr/local/Cellar/hadoop/2.7.2/libexec/share/hadoop/lib 

La LD_LIBRARY_PATH è stato aggiornato e HDFS riavviato:

(Nota: questo significa anche che la risposta a Hadoop “Unable to load native-hadoop library for your platform” error on docker-spark? non funziona per me ..)

@javadba La patch proviene da molti h il nostro di leggere il codice, aggiungendo le istruzioni di output di debug, ricompilando e riprovando ... – andrewdotn

Il passo necessario è quello di copiare il *.dylib dalle git fonti costruire dir nella directory $HADOOP_HOME/<common dir>lib per la tua piattaforma. Per OS/X installato tramite brew è:

cp /git/hadoop/hadoop-dist/target/hadoop-2.7.1/lib/native/ /usr/local/Cellar/hadoop/2.7.2/libexec/share/hadoop/common/ 

possiamo vedere le librerie necessarie lì adesso:

$ll /usr/local/Cellar/hadoop/2.7.2/libexec/share/hadoop/common/*.dylib

Ci sono alcuni passaggi mancanti in @ di andrewdotn risposta di cui sopra:

1) Per il passaggio (3), creare la patch aggiungendo il testo inviato ad un file di testo es "patch.txt", quindi eseguire "git apply patch.txt"

2) Oltre a copiare i file come indicato dal javadba, alcune applicazioni richiedono di impostare:

Ha un problema di compilazione con l'ultima versione di openssl. Ho dovuto creare openssl-1.01u per farlo funzionare. Doveva anche cambiare/usr/local/opt/openssl in modo che puntasse alla directory openssl-1.0.1u. –
