Impossibile installare laravel/socialite utilizzando il compositore dietro il proxy

Question

Sto usando win7x64.

Posso installare laravel usando il compositore quando non sono dietro il proxy, ma quando sono dietro il proxy non riesco ad installare nulla usando il compositore.

ho cercato installare laravel/mondana ricevo errore:
