Non è possibile installare python lxml (e libxml2) sulle finestre

Question

sto cercando di installare lxml sulle finestre (PIP installare lxml), ma continuo a ricevere seguente errore:

Ho cercato di scaricare un file binari per Windows da qui (ftp://ftp.zlatkovic.com/libxml/) e aggiungendoli al percorso ma non sembra essere di aiuto.

Manuale ruota scaricare lxml (http://www.lfd.uci.edu/~gohlke/pythonlibs/#lxml per cp34) file fallisce anche sulla prova ad installare con il seguente registro errori:

sto usando python34 a 32 bit su macchine x64 win7.

È possibile provare il file binario da here. Prima fare pip install wheel e quindi pip install <filename.whl> per installare il file binario scaricato.
