Ho avuto lo stesso problema e si è scoperto che 2,1 richiede il salvataggio Uri alle stringhe come uriVaribale.getPath() ... Esempio:

String stringUri = imageUri.getPath(); //works 
String stringUri = imageUri.toString(); //does not work 

i.setImageURI(Uri.parse(stringUri)); 

Quando si utilizza getPath() sembra funzionare su tutti i sistemi operativi Android.

La stessa correzione deve essere applicata a Uri b = Uri.fromFile (f); linea nel metodo getUri –
