Rails 3.1 Richiesta soap savon che fornisce Timeout :: Errore: Timeout :: Errore ut utilizzando curl ottengo risposta

Ho problemi a costruire il client soap utilizzando savon in rails 3.1. Ma sono in grado di ottenere con successo la risposta quando provo a fare la richiesta dalla linea di comando curl. La mia richiesta ricciolo da linea di comando simile a questa

Ma quando provo a fare una richiesta dal client Savon ogni volta sto ottenendo il

Questo può essere problema di server sapone provare a riga di commento:
